The same problem with AdBlue emission foult. Car has 147.000 km. I do not know what to do. Took it to Peugeot servis and they upgraded software. That should solve the problem. But it got back. Just like Lassie did 🫣. Culd I request that they shut down the AdBlue sistem. Could this damage the engine? thanks for advises
The 1.6vti has certainly exceeded my expectations given all the bad press reviews. My previous car was a 2.0 litre peugeot 307cc and the 1.6vti is much quicker than that, that fact that the 2008 if nearly 600kgs lighter than the 307cc is probably a major factoralso.
On the 1.6 HDi the hole in the flywheel is only for locking the flywheel to loosen the crank pulley bolt, it is not a timing hole. There is a timing alignment hole on the pickup ring for the crank sensor, you wont see the timing hole till you remove the crank pulley. A small drill bit should work fine. tmead. Donor 2023.
