I absolutely would if you're a fan of the DA universe. Some lore bombs drop and some important resolutions for stuff running since Origins. Combat is kind of awkward but everything involving the writing, characters and Inquisition itself is fantastic. Also don't miss the Tresspasser DLC. Its a really good epilogue.
According to gamefaq and reddit, there's a cap at 27, which you reached. Gamefaq says : ~27 is the soft cap. Basically, enemies stop giving experience after 24, with, I think, one exception that stops at 27. At 27, nothing gives enough experience to get to 28. and. Actually you can't get beyond the 27 cap no matter what (even with PC hacks).

Either you love it or think it's the worst of the 3. If you want a harder tactical experience with the best writing origins is the best pick. If you want a smaller more focused story with a faster less tactical combat thaN DA2 is for what you want. Inquisition tries really hard to combine origins DA2 systems and personally I'm not a fan.
